Steps in making rice noodle
1. Ferment
Bring rice to dip water a half hour for give soft rice and put the basket. To closed with a sack for give the suck a heat. The rice will quick decompose there are a little dark color and have a smell, to desert about 2 days. This step have to pour water morning and evening.
2. Grind
Bring rice that ferment, wash clean and grind give delicate with mill electricity.
3. Filter
Bring the flour that milled, which will able the flour not delicate use to slim white cloth the filter 1 night.
4.. Sediment
Bring the flour that filtered put calico bags. Because it stingy and leave 1 night. When the flour to silt already. To pour slightly clear water out before that will bring go to weighting for give strong flour.
5. Weighting

6. Steam

7. Knead

8. Filter
This step is to eliminating the flour seed to lose made for not have a problem in pressing.
9. Press
Made for the flour that to knead and to filter put in a tank which tank kept the flour together with have a tool in pressing to connect is a sideview of a tank to look like a cork. Use a motor in the pressing. When to start up the flour water will to pass get down a pot that have boiling water. If boiled line it will to rise and used a strainer to dip in cold water.
10. Cooling
Bring rice noodle to clean in cold water about 2 times. When it cold and condense. For step to sucking water of rice noodle . When to get size of lump that want and must to cut and put in a container a back up copy of a banana leaf.
